Travel Pricing
No travel charges for classes within 60 miles of Mequon, WI (BLS and CPR/First Aid classes will only be taught within 60 miles of Mequon.) For classes >60 miles, there is a $0.70 per mile travel fee, both to and from the class, along with any associated hotel costs for multi-day classes. (Only Aquatics classes and Instructor-level classes will be taught with this amount of travel.)

Scheduling
Dates offered are first-confirmed, first-served. Weekends year-round and spring pre-season aquatics training dates generally fill 6 months in advance, so schedule early. Email hellersafetysolutions@gmail.com for a list of available dates.

Aquatics Classes
All aquatics classes require that the host facility provide a certified lifeguard on duty for all in-water portions of the class. The class instructor/trainer cannot be the lifeguard.
Customize Your Own Group Class
Private Group Classes are ideal for any group that wants to provide a potentially lifesaving benefit to its members. Members of churches, businesses, schools and neighborhood groups as well as parks and rec departments can contact Heller Safety Solutions to learn about our Private Group Classes.
A variety of class options are available ranging from CPR/First Aid, CPR/First Aid instructor training, Basic Life Support (CPR for Healthcare Providers), lifeguarding, lifeguard instructor training, swim instructor training, Babysitter Training, Safe@Home (4th-6th grade), and Grandparents: Getting Started (childcare for grandparents).
For private group classes simply provide the group and the space, and I will bring the classes to you!

Popular scheduling dates, especially weekends and summer dates, fill 6-9 months in advance. My general scheduling timeline for private group classes is as follows:
March: Scheduling for fall class dates.
Early September: Scheduling for aquatics class dates for the following spring/early summer (April through mid-June).
Mid-September: Scheduling for non-aquatics class dates for January through May.
November: Scheduling for summer class dates.
